What age is Linnaeushof suitable for?

The playground equipment and attractions are in principle aimed at children aged 2 to approximately 12 years. This does not alter the fact that older children and parents can also play along! Linnaeushof offers a unique day out for the whole family!

Can I buy a subscription?

Unlimited play in Europe’s largest playground is possible with a subscription in the form of an annual pass. A subscription is available online and at our entrance. At the entrance this can only be paid by card. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay for a subscription in cash.

Is it allowed to bring your own food and drinks?

Linnaeushof wants to keep a day out affordable for everyone. That is why you can bring your own food and drinks.

Can I bring my dog ​​to Linnaeushof?

No, dogs are not allowed in the playground. The only exception is a special guide dog for the disabled or visually impaired.

Is there a first aid post?

Yes, the first aid is located in the indoor playground. You can report there at the reception.

I have lost my child, can you broadcast?

We are happy to help with the search if children are lost! If you provide a description of the child at the reception in the indoor playground, we will inform our colleagues in the park via walkie-talkie. We will then ask for your telephone number and call you immediately when the child has been found again.

Is smoking allowed in the playground?

Europe’s largest playground supports the initiatives of the Lung Fund and KWF Cancer Control to allow children to play and grow up smoke-free. That is why Linnaeushof pursues a clear discouragement policy. Do you still want to smoke? Only do this in the special smoking area in the park, out of sight of the children. We like to keep the rest of the playground smoke-free.

Tickets and entrance

How much does a ticket cost for Linnaeushof?

Tickets without a fixed date cost €17.00 per person.
Fixed date tickets are available from €14.00 per person.

Children aged 0 and 1 have free access to the playground.

Can I change or cancel my tickets if the weather is bad?

Cancellation or changes are not possible with tickets for a fixed date.

If there is a chance of bad weather, we recommend taking rain gear with you.
Of course we also have options to play indoors.

I bought tickets online but have not yet received an email?

Sometimes it can take 15 to 30 minutes before the tickets arrive in your mailbox.
We are aware of this and are working on a solution.

Do tickets have to be printed online or can I also show them on my mobile?

Tickets can be printed and scanned via your mobile phone.

In both cases, make sure you have the tickets ready for quick processing at the entrance.
Do you have the tickets scanned via your mobile? Then make sure that the brightness of your phone screen is at maximum!

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available online and at the box office (provided Linnaeushof is not sold out). Want to be sure of your visit? Order your tickets online by date!
